Our company provides supports for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. We aim to support the independence, social and economic participation of people with disability, enabling them to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports. Our services include in-person classes for individuals aged 18 years or older, focusing on various skills and activities designed to enhance personal development and social interaction.
The services provided by our company are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all individuals who meet the age requirement. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
Our classes and services are also available to non-NDIS participants. Non-NDIS participants are welcome to attend our classes and events, but they will not receive any NDIS-related benefits or supports. We do not provide any NDIS-related services or supports to non-NDIS participants.
Our class services are only available to individuals who are 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must not attend our in-person classes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to ask for proof-of-age at any time. If you are unable to provide proof-of-age, we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel your booking without a refund. Proof-of-age documents include Australian state-issued drivers licence (digital and physical), foreign-issued drivers licence in English, Australian or foreign passport, or Australian Post Keypass. The proof-of-age document must not be expired, have a face photo and date of birth. Photocopies and photographs (digital or physical) will not be accepted as proof-of-age.
To book our services, the NDIS-participants must fill out the enrolment form on our website. For non-NDIS participants, bookings must be made through our booking system provided by Eventbrite. The client is responsible for ensuring that the booking information is accurate and complete.
Once a booking is submitted, the client will receive a confirmation email with the details of the booking. The client must review the confirmation email and ensure that all details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, the client must contact our customer service team immediately. The client is responsible for ensuring that the booking information is accurate and complete. Our company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the booking information provided by the client.
Non-NDIS clients are responsible for paying the full amount of the services provided by our company. Payment must be made in full before the event. We accept payment through eventbrite.com with a credit card.
For NDIS clients, an invoice will be issued after the event and emailed to the invoicing email address that was provided at enrolment. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. The client must ensure that they have sufficient funds in their NDIS plan to cover the cost of the services provided by our company. If the client does not have sufficient funds in their NDIS plan, they will be responsible for paying the full amount of the services provided by our company.
If the client cancels their booking before the start of the event, they will not be invoiced for the class. If the client has paid, they may select to either receive a full refund, a credit towards another class of the same value, or book their attendance for another class of the same value. There is no charge for cancellation prior to the start of the class. For non-NDIS participants, a full refund will be issued if the money has been received by our company from eventbrite.com, otherwise a cancel payment will be issued.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the start of the event. If the client is unable to attend the event, they may transfer their booking to another person. The client must notify our company of any changes to the booking before the start of the event, but preferrably before the day of the event.
